Rating Analysts

ICRA has a requirement for Analysts at different levels in its Rating teams in Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Gurgaon. These teams are involved in Corporate, Financial and Structured Finance Ratings. We offer a professional work culture and an intellectually challenging and stimulating peer group. With us, as a member of the Rating team, you would get an overview of the macro industry trends as well as insights into specific businesses. You would get to evaluate business strategies of top Indian entities as well as an opportunity to develop cutting-edge analytical skills. You will be required to represent ICRA at top management client meetings.

Your Profile: You should be an MBA from a premier institution in India or abroad or a CA. You should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, having worked in the area of financial services, banking, industry, research or consultancy. You should have strong analytical and communication skills, and an ability to work in a team.

Editor
As an Editor of ICRA’s rating reports, publications and other communication material, you will need to have: extensive editing and rewriting skills; the ability to present other people’s ideas in a reader-friendly form; and excellent computer skills.

Your Profile: You should have a Master’s degree in Economics/English/Journalism/Mass Communication/Social Sciences and around 5 years of work experience in a business publication. You should have excellent command over English, both written and oral.

Business Development Officers
You will be responsible for assisting the Regional Head in formulating strategies to achieve growth in ICRA’s revenues across various rating / grading product lines, and create and maintain client relationships. You will also be responsible for identifying new product lines and business segments.

Your Profile: You should be an MBA or CA with 2 to 5 years experience, preferably in the financial services domain, though this would not be a limiting factor. You should have a good understanding of company and industry analyses and excellent communication skills.
